Business Analyst/ Information Technology / Service Delivery Expert

My love for computers and technology began 20 plus years ago while at New York Telephone now called Verizon. While there, I worked in the pioneering development of a number of computer systems, most notably, delivering the first development and implementation of voice mail systems and the first truly automated set of end-to-end online provisioning systems. I also worked in many departments from switching equipment technology, to cable splicer, to management of computer data centers, process re-engineering and service quality provisioning. It is here across thousands of workers in hundreds of departments within the company, that I developed my foundation of knowledge of management skills and end to end service order delivery process, procedures, systems and gained reconition as a service order delivery expert.

Over ten years ago, I left the corporate environment and started independent consulting under BurrusOnline, LLC (http://www.burrusonline.com). I have signed on to assignments as an independent contractor and as employee for a number of operational support system vendors. This has led to assignments for all the major telecommunications companies, numerous small CLECs across US and Canada and managing many European Telecommunications assignments. Last few assignments included, AT&T , Sprint Kansas and Telus in Vancouver, British Columbia. I am widely recognized as a service order delivery expert providing business analyst, business process improvements and system specifications.

Five years ago, I also founded Technical Operations Services and Solutions, LLC (http://www.techoss.com ). TechOSS primary focus is on providing internet technology consulting services. Services include website design and development. My website development customers include many small and medium business across the United States and Canada.
